Modern slavery POLICY

ORN (Int) Ltd fully supports the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

ØRN (Int) Ltd manufacturer of clothing, furniture & healthcare products used in promotional, work, corporate & healthcare environments, with most of our activity taking place in UK. We are not obliged under current UK law to complete a Modern Slavery Policy but as a fully supportive business we choose to comply with the Modern Slavery Act requirements.

The company does not tolerate any slavery or human trafficking within its business operations and takes a risk-based approach regarding its supply chains. Our procurement activities are aligned to our company values and to the laws & policies of the countries in which we operate. We operate a strict compliance to the requirements of the Act with our supply chain partners which is verified by 3rd party audits, these are shared with us to ensure control & compliance with the Act is maintained. The key performance indicators we are implementing are with our Supply Chain Tier 1 & Tier 2 partners to complete a Modern Slavery Assessment and Ethical Trading Compliance reports which will be reviewed jointly and improvements implemented on a timely basis.

All ØRN (Int) Ltd employees have the necessary documentation to legally work in the UK and no-one under the
legal minimum age for admission to work is employed. All our employees receive a copy of our Modern Slavery
Policy during induction and regular training is mandatory every 6 months. The latest copy of the policy is
displayed across our business premises.

Tommy is responsible for maintaining our financial accounts and dealing with purchase ledger on a daily basis.

SALES DIRECTOR

Edwyn is our Sales Manager and his main roles include creating and building long lasting relationships with our valued customers through account management, overseeing the sales and helping companies create inspiring workspaces

DESIGN MANAGER

Our Design Manager, Tom, is responsible for overseeing the creative side of the business. He works with our manufacturing partners to realise concepts through to scalable, consistent production items and collaborates with the sales and operation departments to further establish the brand.

PROCUREMENT

Rob is responsible for the procurement of all incoming goods and is our saving grace at the moment in difficult times for supply chains around the world.

CUSTOMER SERVICE | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Mollie Gardner is our customer service representative and office support.

Her roles include responding to every day enquiries, the processing of client’s orders, being first point of contact for phone communication and supporting day to day operations here at ØRN, and if you’ve ever called us it’s likely you’ve spoken to her!

Mollie’s favourite product range is the new, re-developed Konnect. “It offers so many options and style flexibility, which can be suited to almost any type of workspace out there.”

DEAN TROWER
WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Dean is our Warehouse Manager and his main roles include overseeing all goods received and distributed, scheduling of the production team, quality control, logistics and planning of the transport and installations.
